Electric Forklift Sourcing terms of service

These terms describe use of the Electric Forklift Sourcing public inquiry pages. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not a manufacturer, appointed reseller or warehouse operator.

Inquiry handling

Submitting a form asks the desk to restates a brief and request factory quotes when a live endpoint exists. A submitted page does not create a purchase contract, a reserved allocation or a guaranteed reply time. Factory documents, delivery and certificates remain supplier responsibilities.

No published savings or stock

The site does not publish a market-discount percentage, a lowest-price claim or an inventory count. Any sourcing support described as FREE or up to 3% is eligibility language for qualified business buyers and is confirmed only after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed.

Content and links

Specification references on blog notes are public documents. They are not promises from Electric Forklift Sourcing. Opening a third-party directory is not a submitted RFQ through this site.

Governing use
