Independent equipment sourcing

electric forklift

Identify the product family and start a procurement brief. Electric Forklift Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US warehouse buyers. We collect rated capacity at a stated load center, lift height, aisle width and power notes, then request factory wholesale quotes on that written line. We do not manufacture, stock or authorize trucks.

  1. Confirm capacity and units. Public specification pages for this family list kg or lb at a millimetre load center and millimetre lift height. Copy those unit names into the brief instead of a bare number. See units before quotes.
  2. Compare factory scope. Ask each plant to price the same mast, free lift, fork length and excluded site work. A dealer list is not proof that the quoted machine fits the building.
  3. Review documents after match. Nameplates, residual-capacity charts and charger files belong to the named factory. This desk only restates what must be attached.

These markers are buyer checklist steps, not factory certificates or completed-project counts. Charging rooms, pit work and commissioning stay outside a machine-only reply unless the RFQ names them. Read factory scope versus site work.

Where the brief usually starts

Application names below are warehouse and plant handling settings. They are inputs for factory matching, not proof that this desk already placed trucks in those buildings.

Narrow aisle storage

Aisle width, pallet size and upright clearance change mast selection more than a nameplate number.

Dock-side staging

Dock height and lowered height belong on the RFQ even when freight and civil work stay excluded.

Battery charging rooms

Battery voltage, charger location and three-phase supply notes keep a substitute model from being compared on hours only.

Mixed sit-down and walk-behind

Operator posture is a buyer option. Write duty cycle and travel distance before ranking a compact electric forklift against a walkie.

Open the applications page when building constraints must be written before a factory shortlist. Browse inquiry options when the family name is still too wide.
